Re: Is VW FSI engine convertable?

FSI/TSI engines are convetable for now. A new Stag 400DPI is being introduced into market. As for today, first valitading systems are to be installed in our firm, due to a very close cooperation with producer in making of, creating alghoritms and testing. Other systems use up to 50% of gasoline due ...

Re: Cayenne Turbo awaiting LPG

Hello, folks, I'm glad to inform, that we've converted Cayenne turbo S with 500HP engine, and car runs on gas on every engine's condition - from idle to WOT. All mixture ratio figures seem to be practically identical, as on gasoline, power went down a little (appr. 12HP, what gives only 2% power los...

Re: Pipe length on V engine

Kev, my first question - is it prins v.1 or v.2? Prins v.1 has great bug in its construction, due to fact, that injecting time is taken only from one gasoline injector, and this is the base to calculate opening time for ALL lpg injectors. That's why prins v.1 will never work properly, when two banks...

Re: help please, can't find the power valve

Instead of manually setted up power valve, You have a simple automatic correction, which is usable in injected engines equipped with lambda sensor circuit. In Your car (if it hasn't lambda sensor in exhaust) electrical power valve is complete nonsence due to lack of any signal, for steering it!!! Go...

Re: How do I check gas is comming through

1.Start from checking an electrical connection on valve between vaporiser/reducer (One which lets liquid LPG run into reducer). If both connections (+12V and ground) are connected, 2. Go to back of car, to LPG tank, where another valve should exist. It is built into multivalve located in LPG tank (m...

Re: Flashlube

Sorry, for adding post one by another, but I can't edit my own posts About flashlube once more: Runningoldcars, You wrote about lubrication issue when running on lpg - as weel for valves, as for piston's crown (first compression ring's gap and top of cylinder liner. Please, answer for three question...

Re: Flashlube

Dzien dobry! ))) About lower compression ratio: It was not an error - I do wrote, what I meant. That's true, that higher CR gives higher temperature before blowdown. But it doesn't raise exhaust temperature !!! Things are exactly opposite. It is clearly shown on Carnot's theoretical thermodynamic pr...

Re: LPG Conversion in Bulgaria

I understand this point of view. As long, as producer of STAG will not arrange serious job to create STAG service network in GB, You're right, service support seems to be complicated. But it's worth raising, that: 1. STAG 300 is a very reliable and flexible system, once setted up correctly, keeps se...

Re: Flashlube

Hello. I have to raise most important point in discussion about wearing valve seats: It is rather temperature factor, than chemical, which has an influence to wearing valves and seats! Example? Ok, but let's start from beginning: Temperature of burning mixture in combustion chamber depends on a few ...
