The background. Had a conversion Sep 2006 which was plagued with problems: 1) 1500-2000rpm idle. Caused by leaking inlet manifold gasket. 2) Random stalling. Some installers pressurise the manifold be connecting a compressor line to it and then drill. This way any swarf should be blown away! Wear goggles though!

Most of the VSR horrors about Hondas must surely be due to the fact that Valve clearances are manually adjusted at service intervals?!

I wouldn't say there is problem by only being able to fill up 35l in a 60l tank. It will depend on how much you leave in the tank beforehand and the pump's pressure. Do NOT trust the LEDs to indicate a true amount. You may have already calibrated your settings on the software which may help a bit. K...

Your ALDESA system has two configurations: 1) Self-Control which mimicks the petrol system and 2) Manual control which uses a map which you can change. The system itself can work well, it's the installers who are crap. I had to rebuild the front end of mine to get it to work properly. It was basical...

I would get som gas leak detection spray and check for myself. I had a problem, well many in fact, but one was that the car would stall after open loop (Warming) switched to closed loop.
