Re: Rover 420 Conversion , "The Hard Way".

Thats some lovely fabrication work there.
And it's clear that you have learned a lot from your previous installation.
I know my next installation will be better than my first (current) one.

Better be careful that the extra weight of all that billet dosn't negate your lpg savings though!

Re: Aldesa RSI+ kit on a Hond Accord Coupe

Hello, Someone asked me about nozzle sizes, so I though I would share: Using the RSI+ software on the page tabs down the r.h.s the one marked 'Test' has a little set of dropdown boxes at the bottom. You select the LPG injector type (other is CNG) Then you select the no. of cylinders then engine has....

Re: LPG consumption too high ??

I am setting up my new kit right now (see my posts), and i seem to be able to get the 'ideal' rich/lean toggle at various engine loads with a variety of settings (number of turns to adjust pressure on vapouriser), so maybe a little tweak on your vapouriser could reduce your pressure? The kit software gives you a little look-up table according to your car's power to tell you what size of nozzle you need As my Hond...

Re: Aldesa RSI+ kit on a Hond Accord Coupe

Hello again, I connected the MAP sensor wire, and found the same problems as above. THEN I changed the basic injection time to 2.3 ms, set to self control mode, then adjusted the gas to about 8 turns, got a neighbour to watch the dashboard rich/lean indicator, and it started to run upon changeover. ...

Aldesa RSI+ kit on a Honda Accord Coupe

Hello, I have been converting my '99 Accord Coupe 2.0l Automatic to lpg with an Aldesa RSI+ kit and a 60l tank over the last few weekends. I had it wired up, but pulled the fuse until I had gas in. Today I filled up the tank (53.9p/l), drove home and plugged in the fuse and my laptop to drive the so...
