Spare Parts ?

Posting this on behalf of my uncle who has an Astra which has a duel fuel, petrol+LPG, system.

He has not been able to use the LPG system for the last 4+ months as it requires a replacement "gas lock off valve". According to the garage they cannot get a replacement as there is only a small market for them and they are only made in small batches on an irregular basis.

Any one on here care to comment on this.
