Koltec VG392
Post

Hi everybody.
I'm from Portugal and I'm in need of help on a Koltec vg392 system, instaled on a 2001 Daewoo Lanos. The symptoms of the car are presently a big fuel consumption on lpg and lack of power. While running on gasoline the car runs well, good response to acelerator and good engine sound. On running on lpg, engine sounds weird, it seems it misfires and hesitates on increasing rpm while acelerating.
Exaust emissions are these:
Gasoline, hot engine:
3000 rpm / idle
LPG, hot engine:
3000 rpm / idle
Spark plugs
In Portugal there is no more anyone known able to assist this system. Please help
Regards
Thank you

Hi
You need someone with a Koltec diagnostic kit to check the LPG ECU and re-tune it?

Yes. I wonder if anyone here knows where/how to find such software to read and tune the lpg ecu.
By the data given above, what is your opinion about the condition of the system?
